Mary’s journey with senior care began with the challenges her mother faced. Knowing that she could no longer safely remain in her home, the family started searching for the best care provider, ultimately deciding on a wonderful adult home close to Mary and her family. Her mother spent the last five years of her life receiving excellent care and enjoying a quality of life she would not have had otherwise. This personal experience opened Mary’s eyes to the multiple benefits of quality senior care.

Mary brings over twenty years of experience in the eldercare field to her role at Silver Age. She has represented assisted living and memory care communities in the greater Seattle area and owned and operated a downsizing and relocation service for seniors with her husband, providing deep insight into various senior living options.
Interests
Mary has been married for 35 years. She and her husband are parents to three adult children. Her enjoyments include birding, visiting with friends, baking, reading, road trips, and spending time with family.
Causes
Over the years, Mary has been involved with various organizations serving the area’s seniors: Alzheimer’s Association for King and Snohomish Counties, Bellevue Network on Aging, Eldernet, Senior Care Coalition, and Edmonds Waterfront Center.
