Website Forms
Our website is hosted by Framer. Information submitted through our website forms is processed and stored by Framer on our behalf.

When you work with a Silver Age advisor, we may share relevant information with senior living communities and care providers as authorized through our release of confidential information process. This helps providers understand a prospective resident’s needs and determine whether their services may be appropriate.
We also work with service providers that help us operate our website, manage client information, and support communications. These providers may process information on our behalf as part of delivering their services.
We may disclose information when required by law.
Client Questionnaire and Portal
Families who choose to begin working with Silver Age may complete a questionnaire at client.silveragecare.com/questionnaire.
The questionnaire may collect additional information about the person needing care, including health conditions, care needs, mobility, finances, preferences, and relevant legal or planning information.
This information is maintained in Silver Age’s client management system rather than in our public website forms.
Silver Age uses Advisor Compass LLC to manage client information and support our advisory services. Advisor Compass LLC and Silver Age LLC are separate legal companies under common ownership.
Advisor Compass provides the software platform and processes client information on behalf of Silver Age in delivering its services. Silver Age determines how client information is used and shared in providing senior living guidance.

Website Analytics and Advertising
We use website analytics and advertising tools to understand how people find Silver Age, improve our website, and measure the effectiveness of our outreach.
Plausible Analytics
We use Plausible Analytics to understand website traffic and selected interactions. Plausible does not use tracking cookies or create individual visitor profiles. We load Plausible through subdomains of our website.
Information submitted through our website forms is not sent to Plausible.
