Covid-19 Information for Seniors

In the midst of all the uncertainty, It’s important for seniors and vulnerable adults of all ages to continue to have access to the right care in the right place. We are working closely with our community partners to provide the best possible support and value to our clients during this time.

With great success so far, we have implemented:

  • Virtual tours via FaceTime and Skype
  • Group meetings with families and providers via Zoom and Free Conference Call
  • Sharing and reviewing documents with clients through Zoom Meetings

New protocols have been implemented in Adult Family Homes, Retirement and Assisted Living Communities. In Adult Family Homes new admissions are encouraged to move in with only a suitcase to start. The resident, like all residents needs to be screened daily for signs and symptoms. It is also advised to maintain social distancing in the community. In Assisted LIving Communities residents are being quarantined to their apartments. This includes all activities and meals.
